I want to reasearch on social media marketing and influencer marketing and analyse how effective it is as a tool of Customer Relationship Management. 

A collaboration with me will give the company a new perspective on Customer Relationship Management in order to improve or sustain existing practices but also give en opportunity to create new social media marketing practices. The value of our collaboration is significant since social media marketing is under increasing development. Therefore, my findings may impact the company in a postive way when it comes to future of digital marketing. 

My motivation comes from both personal interest and academic experiences from my studies. Especially Instagram and TikTok has been interesting to investigate when it comes to digital marketing since the development of those social media channels has been extremely increasing. 

I posess the knowledge from my studies which I will use in a practical perspective.
