With relevance to Management control systems and Strategy in a service perspective the interest of our bachelor thesis is shaped from the problems of internal service within organisations. How management and control systems within organisations affect employees, culture and performance thus affecting implimentation of strategies within the firm. Furthermore to examine the employee satisfaction and the correlation it has with a sustainable competitve advantage of the company.    

Our hypothesis has the potential to gain insight of the employees within your organisation, their satisfactioninal level, loyalty and intergrity towards the company. Furthermore, the project seeks to improve internal services while providing direct allignemet between organisational structure, management and implemted startegies. We believe we can create value through this research while potentially point out issues and areas of improvement, and thereby improve overall internal services.  

Besides the relevancy of the subject to our bachelor in Business administration and service management, we both have years of experience within successfull service organisations. Primarily working within the luxury part of the service industry has gained insights to the pros and cons as an employee. We are higly motivated towards improving and excelerating the service industry towards stronger orgnisations that not only provide culture and life, but also contributes with strong financial growth. A strong motivation for us would be a direct collaboration with an organisation or company that could provide intel and research of this industry and its many employees.  

With our experience within the service industry and now a full bachelor adding the theoretical and relevant theories, we are now more than ever motivated towards improving this industry and its competitive advantage. We have a strong friendship that through the many differences of perspectives, innovation and creativity create an even stronger partnership. There is no doubt in our minds that we will create a strong bachlor theises, and we look very much forward to a direct collaboration with a relevant company.
