How climate change has affected energy consumption for countries, companies and the general public? How the economy of people, companies and countries has shifted due to climate change? How do governments and companies try to alter and diversify their primary energy sources? Focus on a specific industry sector that has increased its demand and production due to climate change (for example district heating, hydropower, solar power, wind power).

The research of this topic can help us give valuable insights into the modern-day habits and trends in energy consumption. It could potentially help companies identify areas where there is room for improvement by becoming more energy efficient and sustainable, by shifting their main source of energy and exploring new alternatives.

As the world is evolving, it's crucial for companies and people to keep up with all the constantly developing trends. In my master's in Sustainable Energy, I've learned that the energy sector is constantly changing, from new innovative technologies that promise to cut down costs, to older established technologies that have become much cheaper over time as they develop, to even state policies that give monetary incentives to companies and people to alter their energy profile.

An extensive research on this topic, is something that interests me, as it's something that encompasses all the knowledge that I've gained so far and puts it into a general perspective that companies and people can use in order to become more efficient.

In the time I've spent so far in the master's of Sustainable Energy, and I've gained valuable knowledge in many aspects of renewable energy and relevant systems. But I feel that the thesis is where I would take all this knowledge and combine it with the passion that I have to create something unique.

I'm stoked with the possibility of collaborating with a company on a thesis, as I believe it would be an exceptional opportunity to deepen my knowledge, create a meaningful thesis that would return something useful and ideally, also help the company find new pathways into becoming more energy efficient.

In addition, I'm eager to ask questions and gain valuable insights into how companies can take this kind of information and implement new strategies, and also ask for guidance about general career paths in this field.
