It would be interesting to conduct an exploratory analysis of social media usage and climate anxiety among young people.  I want to investigate the use of digital media, where my main focus is on the younger segment (Gen Z and Generation Alpha). I want to dive deeper into what causes this target group to develop anxiety concerning climate change. Interest:- Would it be possible to design a feature or something else that could prevent the anxiety from developing? 

My hypothesis could potentially impact the social media/news area since it brings awareness to a rising problem. My findings could have an effect in the way that it dives deeper into one specific segment only. Furthermore, my discoveries would create awareness among the younger segment concerning climate anxiety. The digital age has caused many people to have internet/social media access. The knowledge and insights my thesis provides will be available to you since you will be my thesis partner before any other players in your field/industry. I believe that this can be very valuable. 

I have always been interested in the climate and how we can do better concerning climate change. I took a course in my fourth semester revolving around sustainability. This course opened up my viewpoint concerning all the challenges of becoming sustainable. Therefore, I find it interesting to work with something concerning the climate since there are so many challenges, which makes it exciting, and I get to work with some of the latest research and findings in the field.   

I am researching a user group that I am a part of. Therefore, I have more insight and knowledge concerning what factors may play a crucial role, concerning social media and anxiety. I have worked with companies before with excellent grades to back that up, and I enjoyed every moment of it.
