Thesis project description
At present time, fraudsters flourishes in online communities. As a result, the banking industry and the Danish police experience a massive number of reports from victims of this type of crime. Dealing with this problem is important so that it can be safe and secure for the individual to shop online.
Managerial value of the research
The area of research could potentially have a great impact on the industry - both financially and innovation wise. The knowledge would be available to you as a partner before any of the other players in the field would have the same insights.
I believe this will be very valuable and of great competitive advantage.
Research topic motivation
I was exposed to this type of crime myself and thereby became aware of the situation and affiliated issues.
Now I would like to change the field of online crime and make the online environment a safe place to be.
Also, it is an industry that is ever-evolving, which makes it extremely exciting to work with.
Why collaborate with us
I am a hard working student and when I set a goal, I will do anything to achieve it.
I strive to do things perfectly and will not let obstacles stand in my way.
