The organizational structure has been constantly changing in order to stay in a competitive market. With the different structure, new strategies have been introduced and the organization now is more dynamic than inertia. And dynamic business environment has been the leading company to increase exploration.
This study examines how strategic flexibility and a dynamic business environment lead to organizational change and change in organizational routines. Further, it will experiment with how strategic flexibility leads any organization in exploration and ease to stay in the competitive market based on the Danish market.
I seek to examine :
How does the organizational change with the flexible strategy impact firms’ ability to learn and adapt? How does the dynamic work environment affect organizational performance?
How can an organization adapt organizational routines effectively to the challenge of a constantly changing work environment?
Managerial value of the research
Our thesis will give insight about working in a dynamic environment. If proven our hypothesis will have great impact on working environment in the organization. The research emphasize on strategical change and flexibility in the different time period. Moreover, the paper will study about the organizational routines and research on how it helps to combat the challenges that arose at the time of strategic changes in the organization.
Research topic motivation
During my studies, I am more fascinated to learn about the strategic flexibility in the current danish market. I am eager to learn how organizations are able to combat challeges faced in recent economic crises.
