My name is Julia and I would describe myself as an open-minded and cheerful person. I love to travel, experience new cultures and meet people all around the world. I enjoy developing myself, which is why I spend a lot time in my studies, but also in cignitive development outside my curriculum. I am always eager to learn and motivated to make the most out of life. In my free time, apart from traveling, i enjoy reading books, meditating and spending time with friends. Next to that, since I grew up on the country side, I am absolutely naimal friendly and love to be around them. Moreover, I am really friendly and I love to help people, which is one of the reasons I chose to study Psychology.
I I am deeply interested in and passionate about organizational psychology, management and human resources. Since I aim to pursue a career in the direction of organisational psychology and accordingly apply for such a Master's, this specialization resonates with me the most. More specifically, I strive to become for example a consultant with a specialization in human resources and apply my skills and knowledge to enhance the satisfaction among employees and simultaneously improve the organization's development and performance. Hence, a thesis in Human Resource Development is the most appealing to me and would offer valuable knowledge for my prospective career. I am highly motivated to develop myself and learn new things every day. I approach my life as the ability to make the most out of myself which is why I am intrinsically motivated to challenge myself. Recently, I graduated from the honours programme this year in which I gained valuable knowledge about organizations during the courses “Coaching and Consulting” as well as “Leadership” which I consider as a valid foundation that enables me to enhance my knowledge about Human resources given the right guidance. I am currently living in Hong Kong since I am pursuing my semester abroad in which I am taking some Management courses that cover topics of Human Resource Management. Lastly, since I am highly ambitious and ready to go beyond and invest a lot of time into my work I think I would be a great fit for any organisation that would like to collaborate with me on my Bachelor thesis on the topics of Professional Development at Workplace, Human Resources or employee satisfaction.
