The opportunity: We’re looking for a student assistant to join our Partnerships & Policy team and help drive healthcare improvements. If you have solid research and analytical skills, communicate clearly, and have a keen interest in healthcare or policy, we’d love to hear from you!

About us: Health Tech Hub Copenhagen (HTHC)is a Danish non-profit organisation with an ambitious goal of improving healthcare for 1 billion people worldwide through digital health. • Reading and summarising reports, policy papers, and public health strategies.
  • Drafting proposals for partnerships, projects, and grant applications.
  • Performing market research and analyses, especially within the Danish healthcare and health tech ecosystem.

Experience and mindsets that we value:

  • Ambitious, curious, and a reliable self-starter who can complete tasks independently.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and presenting (especially for creating effective PowerPoints).
  • Experience in healthcare or policy is a plus, though not required if you have a strong interest in it.
  • Proficiency in Danish is strongly preferred (many materials are in Danish).
  • Ideally studying political science, public health, global health policy, healthcare innovation, biomedical sciences, or a similar field.

The practical bits:

  • Position for around 15-20 hours a week, with flexibility during exams.
  • Start as soon as possible, for a minimum of one year.
  • Based in Copenhagen, with flexibility for working remotely when needed. You will enjoy a fun, informal work environment with perks like healthy lunches, team days, free coffee, and more!

How to apply:

  • Interested candidates should submit a CV, including a short paragraph explaining why they are a good fit for this position.
  • Submit a 1-minute video about your motivation and who you are.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a brief use case exercise.

Interviews will be held on a rolling basis, so we encourage candidates to apply as soon as possible. The deadline for applications is the 29th of November.
