As our Talent Acquisition Student Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and build relationships with talented candidates while providing invaluable support to our talent team (consisting of a Talent Acquisition Manager and a Talent Onboarding Coordinator).   • Coordinate recruitment meetings: Help schedule and organize interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Review candidate applications and CVs: Be one of the first eyes on new applications, helping to identify potential talent that aligns with our company needs.
  • Interact with candidates: Provide timely, professional, and friendly responses to candidate inquiries, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks: Support our recruitment processes with a variety of administrative duties to keep things running smoothly.
  • Represent Shape/Framna at job fairs: Attend job fairs to showcase Shape's (Framnas career opportunities and promote our vibrant workplace culture while building relationships with potential candidates.

We're looking for someone who

  • Is enrolled in a relevant study program (e.g., Human Resources, Communications, or similar), and has at least one year remaining until graduation.
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enjoys meeting new people and can create positive and engaging interactions with candidates.
  • Is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a genuine interest in talent acquisition and helping people find their perfect match within our company.

Working hours and specifications Part-time. Up to 15 hours per week. Each semester, we plan how the work can fit with your university schedule. This is a Copenhagen-based, on-site position.
