But before reaping the harvest, you should take measures. The registration guideline on Excelerate for a company will help you to register. Hence, you and your company can participate in preparing and recruiting students through a thesis collaboration.

Fill out your login details, choosing the professional account type. Click the ‘Sign up now’ button. After, you will be asked to indicate:

  • Step 1: Your personal information
  • Step 2: The area of your interest

After creating the account, you need to register your company to match which a student:

Fill out the company’s details and press the ‘Register company’ button:

Once the company is registered, choose the ‘Find collaboration’ option from the pull menu to find a passionate student to collaborate with:

As a company, you will be relocated to the page with all listed topics of students. You can browse through them all or filter them by degree or/and semester:

After finding a thesis topic that caught your attention, press “Start Collaborating.” Remember that as a company you can choose several topics and contact several students/student groups at the same time:

Afterward, write the complementary message to a student/student group with whom you are interested in meeting and to discuss a potential thesis collaboration with. Tick perks that your company can provide throughout thesis collaboration with a student. Press “Request interview”:

To see your pending negotiations, press the “Your Company” button from the pull menu. The progress of each negotiation will be visible after pressing “View”:

After a student/student group accepts your interview request, they will receive your company’s contact details. It is their move to contact you! Both you and a student group should agree on an interview to discuss the listed thesis topic and potential collaboration details.

After the interview, a student/student group is the first to confirm the thesis collaboration in case of interest. After a student’s confirmation, you are going to receive an email, as well as the positive response will be visible on your Excelerate page:

If you are also interested in a thesis collaboration with the interviewed student/student group, you confirm it by paying for Excelerate services. Press the “View to confirm” button of needed negotiation and scroll to the page’s bottom. There you will see paying details. Read terms and conditions before ticking the box. After, you will be able to pay and confirm the collaboration:
