What developer hasn’t heard of Dependency Hell or struggled with dependency management? In my experience in the industry, I was frequently faced with lack of guidelines, prioritization and updates automation of the software dependencies that lead to severe complications in completing software. Hence, this experience sparked my interest in conducting empirical research addressing dependency management practices.
