This thesis will be applied to any organization that would like to improve processes, certificate activities or get a new competitive advantage, by implementing quality system based on ISO 9001 or integrated management system.

First of all i have done many courses applied to quality control and quality management, my main achieved role as engineer has been quality coordinator, i have found i see my self confortable in this area and i think in my subject of specialization. Continous improvement and training is my passion.

I bring experience in the topic and a big knowledge in multicultural projects.  My main features are my democratic-conciliatory style, emotional inteligence, raw honesty and resilience. I like to be challenged.
