We are a group of three Global Business Informatics students at ITU, in the midst of our bachelor's project. We share an interest in technologies that form and co-construct in relation to organizational structures and in that regard wish to explore this further with our project. We intend to investigate the shifts in organizing principles that take form in the presence of algorithmic management technologies. We find this topic interesting due to the multiple aspects it presents: human vs. technological work, transparency of technological operations, efficiency and optimization due to technological solutions, ethical considerations of algorithmic functions and outputs, etc.We would love to collaborate with companies that have integrated algorithms into their workings, primarily in the form of management and decision-making in any and/or all levels of the organization.

Through our degree, we have collaborated with companies many times with different objectives. By this, we are experienced in conducting valuable studies and in delivering important findings and insights. We primarily investigate the interrelation between people and techology in an organizational setting, where we focus on unfolding vital elements and contributions to guide solutions that can aid, support or optimize the given organization as well as our research. A collaboration with us would provide you with a thorough study of given orgainzational principles, that are affected by technology and how you might use these technologies. We are able to award new perspectives and possibly give advice on what our research illustrates in terms of solutions and reconfigurations that could prove valuable. 

Throughout our time at ITU, we often come across algorithmic management in organizational settings, which we have been very interesting in exploring further. Our main motivation lies in our passion to understand organizational structures and how these change in combination with/in reaction to various elements and tendencies, with a specific interest in how technology impacts/unfolds in these contexts. We believe it is important to investigate how algorithmic management impacts organizational structures, as these underlying technologies are growing in popularity and will likely become a defining feature for many organizations in the near future. 

We are three ambitious students, wanting to explore and contribute to a field we believe is important to investigate and interesting to follow. We have worked together many times before, and always deliver results of high quality. Each group member contributes to the group with their own specific qualities, which in combination work really well.We truly enjoy what we do - and believe this becomes obvious to anyone who works with us, as we are full of energy and ready to seek new opportunities. We hope that this awakens interest and would love to hear from you if you or your company are interested.   Best
