Student Assistant for Legal & Compliance

Then you might be our new Student Assistant in Legal & Compliance.

Technolution is a consultancy company spezialied in helping pharma and MedTech companies develop medical devices and bringing them fast to patients. You will join a dedicated team of engineers with the purpose of ensuring the company remains at the forefront of legal compliance and good governance. This is an opportunity to put your legal knowledge into practice and strengthen your professional profile.

Your role As a Student Assistant at Technolution, you will have a varied range of responsibilities, including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, such as data processing agreements, cooperation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Supporting GDPR compliance efforts, for example by helping develop internal policies, carrying out data protection impact assessments, and advising colleagues.
• Conducting legal research within areas such as data protection law, employment law, and corporate law.
• Assisting with risk assessments and the preparation of action plans. Contributing to internal guidelines and training materials on legal and compliance topics. Collaborating with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure a consistent approach to compliance.
• You will be part of the daily collaboration in the department and take responsibility for your own tasks, with the opportunity for sparring and professional development along the way.

About you

We imagine that you:

• Are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Law (cand.jur.) or Business Law (cand.merc.jur.)
• Have a strong interest in data protection law, contract law, and compliance
• Are structured, responsible, and able to work independently
• Communicate complex regulations in a clear and accessible way, both in writing and verbally
• Thrive in a collaborative environment with a focus on professional quality and development
